"We engaged Peter for a series of projects during the pandemic year of 2020, when our century-old home's flaws confronted us all day, every day for months. We started with a project to remove and replace the floorboards on our covered front porch, a project which included far more variables than we originally expected, and which Peter worked through with us with patience and flexibility. In the course of that project, we discovered some significant structural issues with the columns holding up the porch's roof, and Peter then replaced those timbers and some surrounding paneling. When completed, it was nearly impossible to tell where the work had taken place in the overall context of the porch."
